Mobile/DTH/Data Card recharge and others
You can recharge all possible accounts with Quickrecharge. But you should be aware of the refund policy of the Quickrecharge. All the recharges are complete when you pay for them, and there is no scope for a refund. You can pay using the card, UPI, or other options at your responsibility.
The numbers for mobile recharge or DTH are entirely your responsibility, and there will be no exchange and refund policy regarding the cost of the recharge in the section you have done. Quickrecharge will not take any responsibility for purchase on any wrong mobile or DTH, or any account number as such.
There are some exceptional conditions, such as:
- Suppose you have completed the recharge process on the site with proper payment and all. The bank has confirmed the price and deducted the amount, but the site shows the cost as unsuccessful; you can wait for a refund from the bank itself within 24 hours. If that does not happen, you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also inform through the Contact Us page and number. You are eligible for a full refund under these circumstances.
- You need to provide details of the payment and your account numbers and mobile numbers, whichever is recharged. When you send that information through the mail, the team of experts will analyze and investigate the issue. If the case is resolved and the data get matched, you will get the refund within 7-10 business days.
- In another situation, when you have recharged from Quickrecharge and got the success message but have not received the balance in your phone or DTH, you can also mail us or contact the helpline number for guidance to initiate the refund.
Quickrecharge promises you to offer a quick solution to such complications. We make sure this does not repeat in the future.
Refund policies for B2B and B2C
In both B2B and B2C, customers will absorb the balance, and it won’t be refunded.
While paying through online payment gateways like ‘Axis Payment Gateway,’ if the payment gets successful and you receive the deduction bank's message but still does not get to avail of the services, the amount should be refunded. But in the wallet of Quickrecharge, through the same payment gateway dashboard only when they consider the refund is eligible. They need to agree that the transaction failed. In general, most of the user’s accounts get a refund, but you can inform us of the transaction details for investigation.
In case of all the recharges, we are responsible for the amount you have recharged, or that transaction has failed that we have received. But nothing more than that. We are not liable for any other claim except the recharge from our site, though it may somehow be connected with the recharge procedure.
